While Invicus was formed in 2022, it was formed from Browne and Associates and Extra Legal Services, firms that have been in business for many years. Angela Browne has been a Paralegal since 1993. Peter Giblett since 2021, he also qualified at the bar in England in 2002.
Angela Browne
As a grandparented paralegal Angela Browne brings to the profession more than 30 years of history. Prior to that her career in government policy development spans 20 years.
Peter Giblett
Peter has been a paralegal for more than 5 years, qualified as a barrister in England, In addition he has 30 years of IT and Business management experience, he is a known problem solver.
The Invictus team has handled more than 1,250 clients since 2020, with more than 2,500 cases for clients, and many clients returning to the firm represent them for multiple cases. Client histories include:

While we are located in the heart of Downtown St. Catharines, Invictus Legal LLP offers works for clients in the Niagara Region, Hamilton and Burlington and all accross Ontario, depending on the matter. We can connect in person, over Zoom or by telephone.

Angela Browne
Paralegal, Managing Partner
In 1993, Angela Browne, developed her advocacy skills in the legal arena by first working with mental health clients and their families. By 1997, she was working full-time as a Paralegal & Court Agent, offering paralegal services since, first as an agent for members of the legal profession, then taking her own clients.
She served on the Board of the Paralegal Society of Ontario between 2002 to 2007, as well as the community advisory board of her local newspaper in 2006-2007. A member of the LSO the Coach and Advisor Network.
Peter Giblett
Partner, Paralegal - Litigation, LLB
Meet Peter Giblett. Originally, from London, England. He spent many years as a senior Information Technology professional. Throughout his career, he focused on the need to help clients attain the solutions they desire. This was also part of a trigger for his future interest in the law. He has a lifetime negotiating and writing contracts. Peter then returned to school to earn a Law Degree and qualified at the English Bar, although, he never practiced law in the UK.
In 2006, Peter, moved to Canada to investigate new horizons. He has lived in the Niagara region since 2006. Having retired from the IT industry, he also understands how to manage projects, such as your legal case. Peter then took his next great step in life, returned to school to take his Paralegal Diploma at Trios College in Hamilton, and passed his licensing exam in 2021. He has been working in the legal services industry since 2020 and brings with him a desire to help clients attain the solutions they desire.
Justin O’Donnell
Licensed Paralegal, Law Librarian, Mediator
J. Justin O’Donnell is a licensed paralegal, professional law librarian, researcher, and Mediator. He is also CEO and co-host of True Politics, a political podcast show. A Distinguished Toastmaster (having earned his designation from Toastmasters International), and excels at workshop facilitation, negotiation, mediation, legal research and public policy.
A member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario. A graduate of Brock University with an Honours BA in History and Political Science, Justin also holds graduate degrees in both Education (Canisius College) and Library Science (State University of New York at Buffalo). He enjoys using his skills to advocate, research and share his knowledge with his network. He would like to be remembered as someone who is honest and hardworking and to be remembered for sharing his knowledge, his contacts and his experience with others who have similar values.
